Low Vacuum Dehydration (LVDH) Machine.                 

Model: LVDH - 50 and LVDH -100.

 

Description

 

Water in oil either free water or dissolved

Water, as well as dissolved Gases.

 

Method of Removing Water from Oil.

 

 

Centrifuge and Condensation methods typically only remove free water.

LVDH can remove both free and dissolved water from the oil as well as dissolved gases such as ammonia and hydrogen Sulphide.

In above Oil, If water Mixed up, LVDH can be used for removing water from the Oil.

Principal

 

 

Oil is indirect heated for 55 – 65 centigrade and reaching to Vacuum Chamber and moisture, water, air, gases are condensed and remove in form of vapor and are removed by the vacuum pump. The purified oil is drained from the rector chamber to the system/oil Tank.

LVDH is ensuring that there is no Aeration, No Burning of oil, No oxidation. Thus restoring oil to its Original Properties.

Features

 

LVDH removes 100% of free water and free gases. LVDH removes 90% of dissolved water and dissolved gases. Menless Operation.

Pollution free process as no chemical reaction involved. After cleaning, Water content is below 250ppm. Even in New oil, water content permissible limits up to 350ppm.
